About job:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support internal marketing coordination and brand-related activities at our Los Angeles, CA location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, project coordination, promotional materials, and cross-department collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency
* Support the preparation, organization, and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and internal resources
* Assist with organizing promotional materials and company information for internal and customer-facing use
* Help maintain organized marketing files, records, documents, and project information
* Coordinate with internal departments to gather information needed for marketing projects and company initiatives
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Basic computer proficiency, including email, document management, and data entry
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
