Salary: $49,000 - 77,000 per year Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365/Office 365, Power Fx, and Dataverse.
• Experience building enterprise workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration, security, permissions, and governance.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web service integrations, and troubleshooting or debugging APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong SQL development and database-querying skills are preferred.
• Exposure to Azure services and Azure application debugging is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations is preferred.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation is preferred.
• Experience connecting SharePoint and Power Platform with third-party enterprise applications is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, technical documentation, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, lead technical discussions, and recommend solutions.
• Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA, or Strongsville, OH, as business needs require.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build and support Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to meet business process needs.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for business operations and approvals.
• Create and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop modern SharePoint solutions with SPFx and Microsoft 365 services.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support production deployments.
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and support documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and project teams.
